  • Payment information processed through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Information collected on behalf of clients:

  • If you are an end customer of one of our clients (e.g., a homeowner submitting a lead form on a SmartOps-built client website), we may process your information on behalf of that client. In those cases, the client is the data controller and SmartOps acts as a data processor. The client's own privacy policy governs how your data is used.
